​​​​​​Due to COVID-19, processing times have been extended to accommodate delays in shopping, preparing and shipping of items due to local stores restrictions. Since most gift boxes are ready-made, I am able to get them in the mail within a couple days. I will do my very best to get your boxes to you or your recipient as quickly as possible.

Due to the seasonal nature of Ten Sixes' products, all sales are final unless they are delivered defective or damaged. We're a small business; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

​​​​​​​Once your gift box is packaged and shipped, I will send you a tracking number from USPS, Fedex or UPS for you to track your shipment. Please be aware of weather delays, holidays or other shipping issues that could arise and delay your shipment and unfortunately that is out of my hands.
