Due to COVID-19, processing times have been extended to accommodate delays in shopping, preparing and shipping of items due to local stores restrictions. Since most gift boxes are ready-made, I am able to get them in the mail within a *couple days. I will do my very best to get your boxes to you or your recipient as quickly as possible.

*If you are buying a gift box but would like it to be sent closer to a specific day, there is a "Add a Note" section on the actual checkout page. I will do my best to make sure it arrives as close to that noted date as possible.*

All sales are final for Ten Six Creation's gift boxes.  However, if any of your items are damaged during shipping please let me know so I can send out a similar replacement for that damaged item (please note, to keep these gift boxes unique I do not usually buy items in large quantities so I will try to send a perfect replacement for any damaged item but it could vary slightly from what was originally sent) . If you or your recipient are unhappy with your gift box in general please contact me at info@tensixcreation.com with suggestions on how I can serve you better in the future. 

Once your gift box is packaged and shipped, I will send you a tracking number from USPS, Fedex or UPS for you to track your shipment. Please be aware of weather delays, holidays or other shipping issues that could arise and delay your shipment and unfortunately that is out of my hands.
